Quiltmas is an exciting journey through the festive world of quilting. During the first 12 Days of Christmas, a free quilt block pattern is released, each designed by some of the most brilliant minds in the quilting community. As we count down to the holiday season, these 12 unique blocks come together to form a stunning quilt that captures the magic of Christmas. The Quiltmas Elf’s are the passionate and imaginative designers behind every block. This year’s lineup of designers is nothing short of extraordinary. On the inaugural day of Quiltmas, we unwrap the festive magic with the North Pole Quiltmas block by the incredibly talented Heather, the creative force behind @gladhand_sews. Day Two
As we venture into the second day of Quiltmas, we joyfully unveil the ‘Deck the Halls’ EPP Quiltmas block designed by Holly, the creative mind behind @holdmyseamripper. Holly’s festive creation invites us to deck the halls with intricate English Paper Piecing, showcasing a harmonious blend of tradition and modern flair. On this joyful fourth day of Quiltmas, Elf Astrid of @applesandbeavers has gifted us the delightful ‘Little Robin Block’! On the sixth day of Quiltmas, we are delighted to unveil the ‘White Snow Globe Quiltmas Block’ by the talented Satomi of @satomi_quilts. For day seven, we are thrilled to introduce the ‘Snow Quartz’ Quiltmas block designed by the talented Amanda of @broadclothstudio. On this joyous ninth day of Quiltmas, we’re delighted to introduce the ‘Christmas Cracker’ Quiltmas Block by Shannon of @shannonfraserdesigns. Shannon’s design not only brings a contemporary touch to holiday quilting but also opens the door to creative exploration. Day Ten
On this festive tenth day of Quiltmas, we’re delighted to present the ‘Wreath around the Block’ by Laurel of @porcupinesews_threads. Day Eleven
On this penultimate day of Quiltmas, we unveil the ‘Holiday Ribbon’ Quiltmas Block by Emily of @peachandhoneystudio. Drawing inspiration from festive present toppers, this block intricately captures the spirit of gift-giving with its vibrant colors and playful design. The ‘Holiday Ribbon’ block becomes a perfect addition to your holiday quilting projects.
Day Twelve
On this jubilant twelfth and final day of Quiltmas, we are thrilled to introduce the Chief Elf herself, Erin of @mija.handmade, who brings us the delightful ‘Charlie’s Tree’ Quiltmas Block. As the grand finale to the Quiltmas Spectacular, Erin’s creation reminds us of the iconic Charlie Brown tree, infusing the holiday quilting journey with a burst of cheer and nostalgia.
