Furthermore she explains, step by step, how to realize purses and small pochettes embellished using crochet technique.

This wonderful work shows the original outfit through many pictures and illustrations that make crochet art come into modern age.

After attending the school Met de Pennigen, Léa Stansal worked 20 years as stylist for magazines specialized in woolens and ready-to-wear clothes. In 1990 she started studying patchwork and embroidery by creating a very original masterpiece. It’s a mixture of different techniques with lettering that make her way of expression more complete. Today she teaches in France and exhibits all over the world. She has already published Le Monde de Léa and La Trousse à couture with Editions Aubanel.
