I Love the Ivory color. I use it for most of my piecing.

i am now following you on facebook….my fav colour at the moment is white or silver grey but i like the look of the blue one.i have never used this thread before.i use mostly white on my quilts but i use contrasting thread for pattern.
I’d use the light grey the most – it’s my go-to colour for piecing light-coloured fabrics!
I have already used 4 spools of 2024 since I started sewing with Aurifil – so that is definetely my choice!

Love the basics! I use #2600 & #2000 the most. Since I’ve switched to Aurifil I love that I don’t have all the lint anymore & that the bobbins last FOREVER!

I would probably use the lightest grey the most! It seems to blend perfectly with lots of colors.
I’d use the light gray the most because I have lots of assorted blue patches to sew together, and it would work well with my bird patch quilt also.

I love using Aurifil threads and my machine likes it it, too! I think I would use all of them fairly evenly but I’d say the one I would use LEAST is black simply because I haven’t been working with darker fabrics of late.
I would use the tans most, I’m going to start a quilt out of brown, tan and greens after christmas and the tans would be great. I liked your fan page on facebook.
2021 is my go-to color!
I would use the greys as I would like to do a rock and water fall with wild flowers done with free machine embroidery.

I would use the greys the most. It’s my favorite background color for quilting.
I would use one of the creamy beige colors. I’m doing a Dear Jane quilt — completely scrappy in reproduction fabrics. I prefer creams/tans when doing a project of this magnitude AND style. So far I have 17 blocks out of 169 (interior blocks) and one triangle!! Its a journey and I’m enjoying it! Will need LOTS of thread, though!

The dark beige is the most useful for piecing, although I also use a LOT of black. They’re all useful colours really, so it’s hard to choose just one!
My favorite Aurifil color is the 2600 light grey!

I would use all the colors. I love making scrap quilts and I’m going through a lot of thread. I’m trying to get three scraps quilts done a year. One for each of my girls and one for my husband. Then I would machine quilt the quilts with #28 thread. Thanks for a great product.

The gray is used when I don’t have the right color in my collection and I’m not going in the dark direction. . I go through black the most. It seems most projects have some black in them.

I love the grey the middle grey I use it the most as it blends into many light to medium colour fabrics very well when piecing or hand piecing which I do the most Aurifill threads are beautiful to work with here I Australia I have trouble finding them in local quilt shops so have to buy on line I really recommend Aurifill threads

The one I would use most would be the light gray. For piecing, it blends so very well. Of course, I always find a way to use all the colors eventually. Especially while machine quilting.
That cream ecru would be used in a flash, followed by the white.

Enjoy the Facebook site every day – always great inspiration there. Would likely use the white most, but would be using it all…I buy Aurifil every trip to Tahoe Quilts.
i’ve never had the chance to try aurifil – i have heard GREAT things about this thread though, and i would probably use alllll the spools up, trying each one to decide which one i liked best i have no idea – currently i use white thread for piecing, but i would love to do grey, as i’ve been sewing a lot of grey!

I can tell you my most used current Aurifil colors are in the box. Cream and light grey. I LOVE Aurifil. Best thread out there!

Light gray or light tan are my go to colors! Sometimes I choose between them more on my mood than on my fabric.

I’m an Aurifil ‘snob’; won’t use anything but. My fav is the palest sage. Goes with everything! All Aurifil 50wt ‘sinks in’ so nicely, any color would do. Mark Lipinski is the reason I tried Aurifil, and my machine is the reason I keep using it – she loves it! Have been a FB friend forever!
I find myself using a shade just off white from white the most so I think the 3rd down on the left would probably be my most-used shade.

i LOVE light beige, i always keep w/ a pale tan, cream color & only use white when stitching with white fabric. love that this thread is thin so the bobbin has a ton more on it, thus requiring fewer refills…love!

I actually bought that lightest grey and its been the most useful colour I’ve ever had, its perfect! However, I’ve got quite a few darker fabric projects lined up so that black would no doubt be most handy 😉

I have purchased almost all the colors in this giveaway and I love, love, love, love, them!!!! It’s hard to pick just one favorite but it would probably be the midldle beige to goldish shade.
2021 I think – it looks like it’s be great for piecing, and I’ doing a fair bit of that atm. Though I’ve vague plans for a grey a green quilt for by boy, so the greys would be very handy too!

My main favourite colour of Aurifil that I buy the most is 2325, as its a mixture of beige/khaki depending what color your using it on I love it, have in 40wt and50wt.

I’d probably make most use of the off-white that’s second from the top in the second row. I’m not sure why, but I piece pretty much everything in a colour like that, and very often talk myself into quilting with it because… it’ll blend, right? (I think I’m just lazy, not even bothering to change the thread colours…)

Beautiful threads excite me almost as much as the fabrics they’re used on. (I think I’m becoming a thread snob.) I seem to go through black thread rather quickly, although with quilting the lightest neutrals (off white, cream, etc) seem to be my go-to threads.

I would love to use the mid grey! I have just completed a wall-hanging of Charlie Chaplin. It would have been a superb colour for the job.
Choice of which colour would depend on the project and fabric colours, so it could be white, ecru or the palest grey. I’ve not used your product before and would love to win this pack so that I could try it. From all the reviews I’ve read it really is a great product.

I love Aurifil cotton–100%:) I have used it for years and I have turned so many people on to it. The 2605 gray is the one I use mostly all the time for piecing. I keep red, black, blue, beige, and white on hand for the few times I have to change colors. The gray is great in all colors–except really light colors. It melts into the fabric–adding more accuracy in accurate seam and block units measures that the thick other brands.
I love all the colors! I use the grey most often for piecing. It makes a huge difference in my sewing and my machine loves it. There is always a lot less lint when I use Aurifil.

Since you seemed to have left out my favorite neutral, LIME GREEN, I will have to choose my second favorite which is the grays. Light gray for light colors and the darker gray for dark colors. Although, if I’m working on earthy colors, I would choose the ecrus and taupes. Oh no! What’s a girl to do?

Auriful seems to work the best in my Bernina quilting machine. I love it and it is hard to get in my area.
I would use the 2021 the most but would be keen to try all those other lovelies!

Yesterday I purchased a new embroidery machine – my first! I need thread! Lot’s of thread! I’d like the basic set; but I’d be thrilled with either (any!)!

Aurifil is the best thread in the whole world and I have liked them on Facebook for a while
I use the black for applique. I use blanket stitch to outline projects.
Aurifil thread has been my go to thread for years. I use the light grey most often. It blends with everything.
I would use every color in the basic collection- LOVE THEM ALL!
According to my teacher, I would be using the light gray the most but then white always works well for most baby quilts. Just love this little pack of thread.

These colors would be a great addition to my slowly growing stash. But I think the gray would be the first one I would try. My very talented quilting friends are telling me to use gray for my quilting when I’m not sure what color to use because it blends nicely with any fabric colors.

I like the one at the bottom of the first column. When that is used up, I would used the two in the middle of the third column. I think they are great for piecing–especially hand piecing like hexagon quilts.

I would most use the shades of grey, for sure! I have purchased 1 spool of Aurifil (in grey) and I am almost out. Without a local dealer, it’s not super easy to get a hold of, this would be a great win! Pretty & practical!

I found this selection of Mark’s at the Creative Stitches show in Edmonton and immediately purchased it! So far I have used the light grey and the light cream for my patchwork sewing. It is fantastic! The filled bobbin lasts so much longer than regular thread. It is my favourite thread for sure! Thanks!
The beige is my fave for hand piecing hexagons. I keep a spool of the black in my sewing machine generally.

I always use the 2000 and have convinced so many Wish Upon a Quilt shoppers to switch to Aurifil for their piecing and quilting needs.

I would use an off white most, but it really depends what I am sewing on! I would really love to try aurifil thread, I normally use gutermann. It is readily available, so that makes it easy to stay with.
I have used all of these colors. I am in an Auriful Club and cannot wait each month to receive my collection. If I have to choose a favorite it would be the 2600. It works best with my civil war reproductions.
